AI Intelligence Layer

Build the intelligence layer on top of your data — buying recommendations, rep intelligence, and gap monitoring — connected to your existing CRM, QuickBooks, and inventory data. No rip-and-replace.

Section 01

The Opportunity

RDI Diamonds is already ahead of most businesses on AI adoption — call analysis, rep grading, objection tracking, CRM automation. The foundation is there.

What's missing is the intelligence layer on top of your data: something that tells your buyers what to stock, tells your reps who to call, and closes the gaps where opportunities currently slip through.

Webisoft will build that layer. We connect to your existing systems — homegrown CRM, QuickBooks, inventory data — and surface AI-driven recommendations your team can act on daily, without replacing what's already working.

Section 02

What You'll Have When We're Done

Six concrete deliverables. All built on top of your existing stack — nothing rip-and-replace.

AI inventory buying recommendations

A weekly, data-driven buying list generated from real sales velocity, stock movement, and gap analysis across your loose diamond and jewelry SKUs. Objective, consistent, and free of buyer intuition bias.

Inventory dashboard

A clean view of what's moving, what's stagnant, and what you should be buying more of — updated automatically from your existing data sources.

Lead gap monitoring

Visibility into accounts that are going quiet, follow-ups that haven't happened, and opportunities at risk of slipping — surfaced automatically so nothing falls through the cracks.

Sales rep daily intelligence

Automated recaps, action items, and account alerts delivered to each rep — extending the call summary automation you've already built.

Integration with your existing stack

Built to connect with your homegrown CRM, QuickBooks, and NOE via API. No rip-and-replace, no ERP required.

Advisory support for your internal team

Strategic guidance for Michael's son and your internal developers as they continue building out CRM capabilities, including code audits and AI deployment reviews.

Section 03

Investment Structure

A two-stage model: a fixed deposit to run discovery and produce a case study, followed by a time-and-materials build phase scoped against an agreed budget envelope.

Stage 1

Discovery engagement

$2,500

Fixed fee

Format and sessions adapt to what we find. Could involve your CRM developer, your buyers, your sales leads, or all of the above. The outcome is a clear picture of your data landscape and a written case study.

Includes

  • Sessions with the right people across inventory, sales, and tech
  • Scope adapts as we learn — we follow the complexity, not a fixed agenda
  • Written case study: current-state workflows, data sources, automation gaps, and roadmap
  • Fixed-scope proposal with budget envelope for Stage 2
Stage 2

Build & integration

TBD post-discovery

Delivered against an agreed budget envelope defined at the end of Stage 1. Billed on actuals — if we come in under, you pay less.

Scope

  • AI inventory recommendation engine — trained on your historical sales and stock data
  • Inventory and lead gap dashboard
  • CRM and QuickBooks data integration
  • Sales rep intelligence automation layer
  • Ongoing advisory retainer available

How the budget envelope works: after Stage 1 we deliver a fixed-scope proposal with a defined budget range based on what we learn. You approve the envelope before we write a line of code. We bill time-and-materials within that ceiling.

Section 04

Delivery Approach

Five phases over roughly nine weeks, then ongoing advisory and expansion.

1

Discovery engagement

Week 1–2

Sessions with your inventory buyers, sales team, and internal CRM developer. We map your data sources, identify integration points, and define the recommendation logic. The agenda flexes based on what surfaces.

2

Case study delivery

End of Week 2

Written document capturing current state, data landscape, automation opportunities, and recommended build sequence. Suitable for aligning your internal team and any leadership stakeholders.

3

Prototype & validation

Week 3–5

Working inventory recommendation model tested against your real data. Iterated until the weekly buying list reflects what an experienced buyer would recommend — consistently and without bias.

4

Dashboard & integration build

Week 5–9

Inventory dashboard, lead gap monitoring, and sales rep intelligence layer connected to your CRM, QuickBooks, and NOE. Delivered in collaboration with your internal team.

5

Advisory & expansion

Ongoing

Strategic support for your internal developers, AI deployment reviews, and identification of next automation opportunities — pre-qualifying leads, outbound sequencing, and beyond.

Section 05

Next Steps

1

Review this proposal ahead of our call

2

Share any sample data you're comfortable providing — optional, but helpful context for scoping

3

Sign a letter of engagement and submit the $2,500 deposit to kick off discovery

4

We run discovery with your team — you receive the case study and Stage 2 budget envelope

5

Approve the build scope and begin Stage 2

We look forward to helping RDI build the intelligence layer your operation is ready for.
